We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed and accepted.
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, customs duties, or import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped directly from the Philippines.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier.
Once a painting is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs processing times, or events beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final.
If your painting arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the artwork and packaging to shop@johncorrea.art along with a brief description of the damage.
If shipping damage is verified, John Correa will determine an appropriate solution such as a partial refund, or full refund depending on the extent of the damage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, artwork, and designs, is the property of John Correa and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
This store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform and payment system.
Shopify’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices apply to its services.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms linked through this site.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, John Correa Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, products, or services.
