Order Processing

All paintings are shipped directly from John Correa’s studio in Norzagaray, Bulacan, Philippines.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.
Each painting is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery, with protective layers and reinforced materials suited for international transit.

Shipping Rates

Free Worldwide Shipping is available as part of our launch promotion until December 10, 2025.
After this date, a shipping fee may apply depending on the destination.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier:

  • Philippines: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • United States & Europe: 10–25 business days after dispatch

  • Other countries: 15–30 business days after dispatch

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs procedures or courier delays beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Customs delays may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, shipping delays or lost packages can occur.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at shop@johncorrea.art with your order details. We will assist in coordinating with the courier to locate or resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If a painting arrives damaged, provide clear photos of the artwork and packaging and email to shop@johncorrea.art along with a description of what is damaged. If there was damaged caused during shipping, we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the extent of the damage.
